Emotionally and mentally drained.

I've been feeling a little blue and down these days. seems like this things has been up for months. I don't know. I don't know what's wrong. I don't feel like going to work, I don't feel like being here. I'm not happy. I miss home. I miss being at home. I started have this thoughts that I should get a new job or i should move away from where I am right now. But I can't go until the end of my contract. 

I realize as I get older, I get easily irritated or is it because some people are just simply irritating ?  

Vietnam Trip : Ho Chi Min - Mekong Delta - Mui Ne

 

Holiday spent well with these bunch of people. Went to Ho Chi Minh ( also known as Saigon ) last September, and I manage to have fun my high school friends, exchanging stories of our current life and just reminiscence the good ol days. Can't believe we came to the age where most of our school friends were married, engaged and some are living their own life just like us. Its been so long since the last time I met them, some i met 7 / 8 years ago. But I'm glad that despite all those years that we rarely talk to each other,  we can still share a good laugh just like before. 

Anyway, we manage to visit quite a lot of places during our trip there. Thanks to our tour guide too.

I MET MY CHILDHOOD CELEBRITY CRUSH !! OMG I'm gonna die ! 

When Westlife announced that they're coming back together and Malaysia was on their tour list, I was over the moon ! I never imagine that they would come back 7 years after they disbanded. 

and I never thought that I can come to the concert because I didn't get the ticket at first. Their ticket was sold out in less than 24 hours ! I was disappointed too bcs there are some people who resell their ticket and double the price. Feel like want to punch them. I was so desperate searching if somebody want to let go of their ticket. You don't know how much effort I give just to find a ticket 😭 Luckily I finally got a VIP ticket, a day before the 2nd show. I was so excited !  My dreams come true ! So I take a leave on friday then i drove to KL from penang that night ! See how i really wanted to meet them in real life. 😂😂

I have been waiting twenty years for this time to come. Of course I'm excited. Of course I'm doing all I can to watch them rockin' on stage. 

Didn't manage to get a meet and greet with the lads tho because I didn't enter any contest and obviously I wouldn't expect to there on that day . Should I know, i'll just enter every contest to get a chance to meet them 😓😓

Westlife has been a part in my life since I was a little girl. Growing up listening to their songs was a great memories for me. Up until now, I am still a big fan of these lads. No one can replace them in my heart. Hahah

Favourite mobile apps when travelling.

When it comes to travel, I always find a cheaper options, I mean hey, who doesn't like discounted and cheap things right ? Especially when you're broke like me but still want a vacation away from home. lol. So today I will share a few of my favourite travel apps, I use it most of the time. 😂

Traveloka (available in web and mobile)

- Can be downloaded from Google Playstore/ AppStore
- Search for flights/hotel/transport/ and experiences with a cheaper price
- Watch out for available promos, because they have it almost everyday !

Skyscanner

Works just like traveloka, but it has bigger, much more options than Traveloka. I usually used both application to compare which one gives cheaper deals. Sometimes traveloka is cheaper, and sometimes, skyscanner is cheaper. So yeah, i definitely need both. 😂😂

TripAdvisor

This app helps to find hotels and flights from all airlines (so you don't have to search one by one) Have no idea what to do around the place you visit ? Worry not! cause it also help you to find what are the things you can do !  if you're hungry just search for a nearby restaurants. You can view all ratings and comments from other traveller about all activities, so no worry if it is your first time visiting a place. You can read reviews and compare prices from a lot of different deals.


AirBnb

For travelers you can book vacation home rentals and travel experiences for your solo journey, family vacations or business trip around the world. I prefer to use AirBnb because it is cheaper than renting a hotel room when travelling with my friends, because we can split the bill. ehehh

If you want to rent out your home, be a host and you could earn more than RM1000.

Klook 

I use klook to find tickets for local attractions,activities and day trip. Mostly they offer cheaper price when you book through klook then when you buy tickets directly from the counter. Planning to Japan soon ? You can book your Japan Railway Pass using klook and avoid the hassle.  other destinations available are East Asia, South East Asia, South Asia/Middle East, Africa/Oceania, Europe and North America. 

Currency plus

I usually use this app to keep track on my budget and to compare currency - how much I actually spend to buy things. Just to make sure I don't overspend when travelling.

Random ramblings thoughts

Do people still blog these days ? 

I've been away from blogger for a very long time.
Deleted my old blogs and starting a new one with this.

I want to start writing again like i used to but i think I ran out of creative juice.
Maybe it is because I'm busy too with my work life and being an adult.
I got too many things in my head, and I can't seem to put these thoughts into words. *sigh*

I miss reading blogs from my other blogger friends tho. I think they've been busy with work, family, and other things too.
